  NHS and opticians.
So in the UK, we have the NHS that basically ensures that citizens here get free healthcare etc. It's amazing and saves so many lives every day. However, for things such as opticians, you would have to pay for them (excluding under 18s). I personally find it quite unfair that people have to pay for their glasses/contact lenses and subsequent appointments (these are not cheap btw) when it may have been caused by genetics or other issues whereas, some people who clearly are responsible for their own health issues through smoking, unhealthy diets etc. and ultimately end up with serious issues get their treatments for free.
Personally, I think that people who are responsible for their own issues should have to pay towards their treatments as the NHS is already under strain as it is with limited resources and doesn't need to be pressured further.
