I understand the situation of new bands especially those who do not have the capital to spend for band practice. The studio is not cheap but that is the only choice they have unless their house has a basement that they can insulate so the sound will not pervade the atmosphere. So how can a new band practice when there is no studio around and they don’t have a basement in their house?

They can look at other places such as schools on a weekend, churches, community centers. I know some of them allow bands to practice. You would still have to pay a rent fee but it's a lot cheaper than going to a studio.

A lot of bands lately have been found practicing in places away from the city areas. This way they can practice and also make the sound as they please. And this way the practice can be done slowly but surely it works I assume.
